The service
SitWiz designs, builds, and optionally hosts and maintains websites for service businesses. The specifics of your project — pages, timeline, and price — are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Free preview
The free homepage mockup is exactly that — free, with no obligation. It remains a concept until you hire us; if you don’t, no hard feelings and nothing is owed by either side.
Payment
Website builds are a one-time fee, agreed up front. No hidden charges. Optional monthly plans (such as the Care Plan) bill monthly and can be canceled at any time — no long-term contracts, no cancellation penalties.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of your website launch, tell us and we’ll refund your build fee. We may ask what went wrong — it helps us improve — but the refund isn’t conditional on the answer.
Ownership
Once your build is paid in full, the website is yours: design, content, and domain. If you ever leave our hosting, we’ll hand over the site files and help point your domain wherever you choose. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your content
You’re responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide (licenses, service claims, photos you own). We write and edit copy, but you approve it before launch.
SimpleTime
SimpleTime — our field-service software — is an optional, separately billed product with its own terms, available at simpletime.io. Buying a website never requires it.
Limitation of liability
We build sites engineered to perform, but we can’t guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volumes — nobody honestly can. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
