Who we are

SitWiz (“we,” “us”) builds websites for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through sitwiz.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a free website preview, we collect what you give us:

• Your name, business name, and trade
• Phone number and email address
• City / service area
• Optionally: your current website URL, Google Business Profile link, and any notes

We also collect standard technical information (such as pages visited) to keep the site working and understand what content is useful.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free website mockup
• To contact you about your project by phone, email, or — with your consent — text message
• To improve our services

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry and project (for example, a link to your mockup). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your SMS consent is not shared with or sold to third parties.

Where your information lives

Lead information is stored in our secured database (hosted on Supabase) and is accessible only to SitWiz. We keep it as long as needed to work with you; ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us. Opting out of texts never affects your ability to work with us by email.
